MVP invests in mid- to late-stage tech companies predominantly through secondary transactions; our current portfolio includes Klarna, Epic Games and RapidSOS.
Mid- to late-stage investor in tech companies that have already received multiple rounds of funding from top-tier VCs. We have a focus on investing via secondary transactions but will also participate in primary rounds. We offer substantial co-investment opportunities and manage a number of SPVs.
Eric Brachfeld is a co-founder of MVP. He has been an investment banker, investment manager and entrepreneur for over 35 years. Past investments include Airbnb, Lyft, DraftKings and Coinbase.
