We are a co-investment fund built on top of Endeavor (www.endeavor.org) - one of the leading networks for high-growth entrepreneurs in emerging markets. We invest exclusively in founders that have been selected into Endeavor’s network - sourced via Endeavor’s team of 500+ people on the ground in more than 60 cities worldwide. We currently manage $500M+ across four funds and have made 300+ investments in 30+ different countries, including more than 50 companies now valued at $1B+.
Allen brings 20+ years of experience in economic development and venture capital with a focus on emerging markets to his role as Managing Partner of Endeavor Catalyst. Alongside his work at Endeavor, Allen is a frequent guest lecturer at Stanford GSB and serves on the board of the Kauffman Fellows and Alter Global. A graduate of Princeton University, he lives with his wife and two children in Northern California. His favorite cities include Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Cape Town.
